Restoran G.S. Nathan Corner has been part of Ampang since 1995. A neighbourhood mamak with decades of memories, regulars, and the kind of loyal following only time and honest food can build.
Seven years ago, Mamak Spices Sdn Bhd took over. We rebuilt the menu from scratch, transformed the kitchen, and sharpened the operations. We kept the soul — we raised everything else.
Today, people drive from Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam and Cheras just to sit on Ampang Hill, eat Claypot Maggi, and watch the Petronas Twin Towers light up at sunset. That's not coincidence. That's seven years of work.
